Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Sale Terms”) apply to every purchase you make from Candice at thecandiceshop.com. They supplement our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to these Sale Terms.

1. The contract of sale

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not an offer. When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever comes first. We may decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a price or description error occurred, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already charged.

2. Prices and taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer (see our Shipping Policy).

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store full payment card numbers.

4. Product availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a replacement, backorder, or full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds

Your right to return items and receive a refund is described in our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate-apparel items may only be returned if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us at contact@thecandiceshop.com as soon as possible. We can usually cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the Refund Policy applies.

8. Warranty and conformity

We warrant that products will conform to their description at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
